After the digital workshop was put into operation, it greatly improved production efficiency, reduced production losses, and increased customer satisfaction, continuously empowering the company to achieve an efficient, high-quality, green, and low-cost production model. Compared to before, KESENS' production cost per 10000 yuan has decreased by 28%, product defect rate has decreased by 99%, per capita production efficiency has increased by 100%, product development cycle has been shortened by 25%, and energy consumption has decreased by 44.6%.
